Camille and Clément Ducol’s “El Mal” Wins Greatest Authentic Tune at 2025 Golden Globes

Camille and Clément Ducol have received Greatest Authentic Tune at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards for “El Mal” from Emilia Pérez. Their track was within the working towards tracks carried out by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross (Challengers’ “Compress/Repress”); Miley Cyrus, Lykke Li, and Andrew Wyatt (The Final Showgirl’s “Lovely That Means”); Maren Morris (The Wild Robotic’s “Kiss the Sky”); and Robbie Williams, Freddy Wexler, and Sacha Skarbek (Higher Man’s “Forbidden Highway”).

Jeff Goldblum and Michelle Yeoh offered the award to Camille and Clément Ducol, with the previous taking to the microphone to present a speech. “That is such an American expertise,” laughed Camille. “You already know, songs are butterflies, and we’d like butterflies, even when it’s to denounce the corruption on the planet. So first, thanks to all singer-songwriters on the planet; thanks, in fact, to the Golden Globes and its members; thanks to Netflix and its publicists; and thanks to our Emilia Pérez household.”

Earlier within the night, Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross received Greatest Authentic Rating for his or her work on Challengers. They beat out former Yuck frontman Daniel Blumberg (The Brutalist), Hans Zimmer (Dune: Half Two), Volker Bertelmann (Conclave), Camille and Clément Ducol (Emilia Pérez), and Kris Bowers (The Wild Robotic) for the trophy.

The 2024 Golden Globe for Greatest Authentic Tune went to Billie Eilish and Finneas for “What Was I Made For?” from Barbie. That very same 12 months, Ludwig Göransson received Greatest Authentic Rating for his work on Oppenheimer.
